Our Full Warranty and Guarantee

All of our tankards and cutting boards are hand crafted with the utmost care to ensure a quality product. We offer a three year guarantee from the time your order is submitted:

• If your mugs leaks, we’ll fix it or replace it with a similar model.

• If an imperfection in the wood renders your mug unusable, we’ll replace it.

• If your handle separates, we’ll reattach it.

• If your cutting board separates, we’ll replace it with a similar item.

Basically we guarantee your mug for three years from normal manufacturer defect, but also normal wear and tear, so that you can use your mug at events without worry about if it’ll hold up. We stand by our products and if we did something wrong, we’ll fix it for free.

And if for some reason you did something wrong (dropped it, damaged it), we’ll fix it, and you only pay the shipping.
